Are you using a Maestro or Visa Debit card?
The store doesn't accept these cards and probably a few other types, and will give you an error code when you press submit. The only types they accept are on the drop down list given. Of course you could be inputting the data incorrectly; mis-typing a number, placing the wrong billing address etc, or not selecting the correct card type. |

if you look on the panel where you put in that info in the ingame store it says "DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD INFO:" back to OP are you buying though the NCSOFT website https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/Store.pl or though the ingame store.....at to which you will still need to set up a NCSOFT account and link your game account to that .... If all else fails use the NCSOFT website to make a support ticket and let them help you directly .... |

I've been using an American Express Gift card and I found that the 3 digit security number usually found on the back that they ask for is actually the 4 digit number over the last group of numbers on the front of the credit card...
See if that's possibly the case! |

Visa Debit cards work just fine.
There is a 48hour wait period between purchases. Also, there is a code=175---- that is for "The bank refused the operation." Not sure if it's the same one, though. |
